Shemsi Shipping & Delivery Policy - Lebanon

Processing Timelines

We strive to get your Shemsi essentials to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for our Beirut-based warehouse team to pack and dispatch your order.

Peak Periods: During sales, holidays, or new collection launches, processing may take up to 3-4 business days.
Order Changes: Once an order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee address updates or cancellations due to our rapid processing.
Weekend Policy: Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM (EET) or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.

Local Delivery Timelines (Lebanon)

We partner with reliable local couriers to ensure nationwide coverage.

Greater Beirut & Suburbs: 1-2 business days after dispatch.
North, South, & Beqaa Regions: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 5 business days depending on the courier’s regional schedule.

Note: Delivery timelines do not include processing times. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Lebanese national holidays.

Split Shipments

To ensure you receive your items as fast as possible, we occasionally ship from different storage points. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking updates for each package at no additional shipping cost to you.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

In alignment with local preferences, we offer Cash on Delivery across Lebanon. Please ensure the exact amount is ready for the courier to facilitate a smooth handover.
